What a special and ideal hotel with polite staff at the receptionists! Variety of outstanding food. 0.5 miles from the airport.

I stayed 1 night at Grand Elevation. The location's pretty convenient for shopping, and the staff were genuinely helpful.

The hotel was ideal and in a central location. This venue was located in a well kept area. The hotel room was modern for three beds. The staffs were very pleasant and pleasant and the service was good.

Generally, the place was special and had very very helpful and excellant stuff with good service. The location was particularly good and excellent, not too far from Royal Palace. It also was nice near by big mall👍

Positive, This is the best budget accommodation I've found. The location is close to AEON Mall and a convenience store. The rooms are clean and fancy. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are nice. Staff can speak basic English.

Staying here allowed us to explore all the cool spots that Phnom Penh has to offer since the location was quite convenient. The kids loved the premium TV channels provided in our room. Our stay with my girlfriend was definitely more enjoyable thanks to the fun entertainment options.

My wife says that the noise from the street was a bit much. They could really improve their soundproofing for families seeking a good night's sleep.

Family with children suitable for budget stay

We booked a room with a window the first night, but the noise was unbearable. So we switched to a room without and finally got some proper sleep. The breakfast was actually decent, and the staff seemed nice enough when they weren't trying to sell you something.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable given the situation.

Family room was spacious with lots of sunlight. Friendly staff quickly helped my dog.

The room was clean with a good A/C and a nice breakfast (loved the fresh fruit!). Location is close to major sights and had a water refill station to save on plastic bottles, awesome.

The Superior Twin Room was a pleasant surprise, with a clean environment and nice decor, with really good A/C and hot water. Staff were helpful, even braving the rain to ensure I got my tuk-tuk safely. The location is conveniently close to various attractions, although the room could use a bit more charm and updates. The complimentary water each day was a nice touch, and the dessert options were good.
